Bulgur is a traditional food in Mediterranean and Syrian-Lebanese cuisine, obtained from pre-cooked, dried and broken wheat grain.
Rich in B vitamins, fiber, folic acid, proteins and minerals, it is therefore considered a very nutritious food.

For every cup of bulgur, 2 cups of water. After boiling, let it cook for 10-15 minutes, covered. Rest for 10 minutes and serve, add various vegetables.
