A vegetable from the courgette or cucumber family, which after drying becomes a very versatile sponge, both for the body and for the home!
At the end of its life, it can be cut and placed in the composter.

Before first use, soak the luffa in warm water for approximately 20 min to make it softer. Then it's ready to be used in the bath, helping to remove dead skin cells and stimulate blood circulation.
