Add a small dab of your toothpaste on the bristles. Brush tenderly to clean and expel plaque.
Dentists recommend the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night.
Disposal:
Use pliers to remove the bristles from the toothbrush head. Once the handle is free of bristles, it can be discarded in a composter. We recommend that you dispose of the bristles in normal household waste or you can return your used toothbrush to our store.
