Mushroom Risotto
This mushroom risotto presents a gourmet and healthy blend with Italian flavors. A traditional blend from northern Italy, it is accompanied by a sweet, Mediterranean seasoning composed of thyme, sage and rosemary.

Round white rice (87.9%), onion, mushrooms (3%), salt, garlic, lovage, pepper, thyme (0.10%), sage (0.10%), rosemary (0.10%).
May contain traces of mustard, sesame seeds and gluten.
A serving of 250g = 4 people
1 volume of preparation = 2.5 volumes of water.
Steps:
1. Boil water in a kettle or pot.
2. Saute the preparation over high heat with olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. On medium heat, add a ladle of boiling water and wait for absorption. Repeat until the rice is cooked through, about 23 minutes for a firm texture or 25 minutes for a melted texture.
Store in a cool and dry place.
