Organic Agar-agar
It is the highest quality marine gelatin. It is the soluble fiber extracted from the algae Gelidium Sesquipedale and has a neutral flavor.
Used as a thickener and gelling agent for desserts (pies, jams, marmalades, creams, ice creams, juices), but also to thicken sauces, soups, soup bases or purees.
Due to its great purity it is also used in research (microbiology).

To make gelatin: Boil for about 8 min. one tablespoon of agar agar for every 500 ml of liquid. Let it cool down and put it in the fridge.
To get the consistency of pudding: Boil 1 tablespoon of agar agar to 1 liter of liquid.
Place in a dry and cool place.
