Bee pollen has been used for centuries by many cultures. It is known to be a superfood due to its high nutritional and vitamin content. It is an excellent source of nutrition for humans. Contains vitamin C, D and B12, it is also very rich in iron.

Like other bee products, pollen has been mentioned for centuries for its medicinal properties and promoting well-being and quality of life. This is due to the variety of primary and secondary metabolites found in pollen that exhibit anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerotic, anti-cancer, anti-fungicide, anti-osteoporotic and antioxidant properties. Therefore, based on these scientific studies, Bee pollen helps to stimulate strength and endurance; slows down aging; improves digestion and helps fight anemia.

FFUC also states that bee pollen is one of the richest foods in nature, with great nutritional, detoxifying, energizing and metabolism-regulating richness.
